The CPSE® Center for Innovation (CPSE CFI) is excited to announce an impactful partnership with FireRescue1 to design and power our Innovation Museum. Currently in the design phase, the CPSE CFI Innovation Museum powered by FireRescue1 will launch in December 2025.

“Seeing is believing. By highlighting proven practices with tips for replication, we strive to help departments solve problems before they become a crisis and expose them to more options,” commented Preet Bassi, CAE, CPSE and CPSE Center for Innovation Chief Executive Officer. “Unlike a library that requires substantial research, the CPSE CFI Innovation Museum will be a highly curated experience powered by our partner FireRescue1.”

The Innovation Museum, one of CPSE CFI’s five program areas, will highlight how Commission on Fire Accreditation International® (CFAI®) accredited agencies and Commission on Professional Credentialing® (CPC®) designees are approaching up-and-coming issues. It will feature articles, recorded interviews, podcast episodes, case studies, and more, on proven practices from the industry.

“FireRescue1 is proud to collaborate with CPSE’s Center for Innovation to spotlight the groundbreaking work happening at fire departments across the country, work that I hope sparks ideas for fire service leaders looking for new ways to strengthen operations, support members, and serve the community,” said Janelle Foskett, FireRescue1’s Editor-in-Chief. “We are eager to work with the CPSE CFI team to share fresh perspectives, key research, and applied solutions to help the fire service thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.”

Through this partnership, FireRescue1 will serve as the exclusive media sponsor for the Innovation Museum and operationalize content creation and distribution. Foskett will also serve as a member of CPSE CFI’s Industry Advisory Council.

FireRescue1 is a well-respected fire service media group whose mission is to “provide firefighters with the information and resources they need to better protect their communities and come home safe.” They have become the top online source of trusted and reliable information for the fire service.
